Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping to all provinces in Indonesia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over Rp 500.000.

Express Delivery

Need it sooner? We offer Next Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery (GoSend/GrabExpress) for select areas in Jabodetabek. Orders must be placed before 14:00 WIB to qualify for same-day dispatch.

7-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Secure Packaging

Every LUMIÈRE item is carefully inspected and packaged in our signature eco-friendly boxes. We ensure your items arrive in pristine condition, ready to be worn.

Return Process

  1. Email support@lumiere.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our customer service team to provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping address.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them using a trackable courier service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
